What it takes

So, there was a pool in the vision of my new friends. Whether or not the house had a pool there or one needed to be created, there was always a vision of a pool.

The market was the Wild West at times. There were a few “perfect” houses that multiple other people felt the same way. There were tough decisions. There were hard losses. There were marathon days. Snowy days. Tornado warnings. If anyone ever said buying or selling a house is a predictable endeavor, they don’t know their rear from their ear (never heard that one before but flow with me).

There were inspections (yes, they still exist). There was appraisal. There were talks between buyers and sellers without contention or competition.

Today, there was smiling. There was joy. There was relief (that you didn’t have to look at another house with me).

The house hunting process is over. The HOME creating process is just beginning.

Congrats and best wishes to y’all. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story. This is not the end of our friendship or working relationship. I am always a text/call/email away.

Thank you to Scott and the team at Pinnacle Settlement Services, Inc.
