I will help you secure financing, assist you with the search process, show you properties that fit your criteria, write up your offer, negotiate on your behalf, get a contract ratified, recommend inspectors, attend inspections, negotiate repairs and concessions on your behalf based on the inspection report, talk you through the appraisal report, be by your side throughout the loan application process, ensure any necessary repairs or replacements are made, schedule & accompany you through the final walk through AND be your biggest supporter on settlement day!
